Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our yoga services. We strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. Below is our refund and returns policy to ensure a clear understanding of the terms.

1. Refunds

  • Online Yoga Sessions: Refunds for online yoga sessions are available if the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a refund will not be provided.
  • Personalized Training Plans: Once a personalized training plan has been created and delivered, no refunds will be provided. If you are dissatisfied with your plan, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it, and we will work with you to make necessary adjustments.
  • Packages and Memberships: If you purchase a package or membership and are unable to continue with the service for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are only available for unused portions of the package or membership and will be processed on a prorated basis. Refunds will not be provided for any used sessions or services.
  • Special Programs (e.g., Detox or Rehabilitation): Refunds for special programs are available only if you notify us prior to the start of the program. After the program begins, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel or reschedule your session with no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the session, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or credit will be offered.
  • For packages, memberships, or long-term programs, cancellations should be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. Returns

  • Since our services are digital and non-tangible (online yoga classes, personalized plans, etc.), there are no physical products to return. Once a service is delivered, it is considered non-returnable.

4. Customer Satisfaction

  • We aim to ensure that all clients are satisfied with the services provided. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to let us know. We are happy to review any concerns and work together to find a resolution.

5. Changes to the Policy

  • We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the page.
